Look. I don't write reviews. I've been coming here a while. They never really let me down. Maybe sometimes I could use more sauce, but maybe I need to be more specific how much sauce I need sometimes! But this one burrito I'm eating right now - its the best. The best burrito. Its so good I feel compelled to PAUSE eating and INFORM the public of HOW AMAZING this burrito is. If you're reading this, Mamis employees, or Mami herself, this bacon chicken blackbean mamis burrito, is the best thing. The bacon is so crisp. I will die for this. Fight me if you disagree, anyone, but this burrito is the best burrito alive in Oregon. And I will kill it.

Mami's is my fav driverthru on Mexican on the West Side. It is delicious. The portions are worth the money. Their service is kind and thorough. They have all the good stuff from Enchiladas to Tamales, Sopes to Tacos. I've yet to have a bad experience! And that's saying a lot for Eugene.

Our family visits Eugene annually and love Mexican food. The food was bland and there was some confusion while ordering. We all ended up with the wrong meat in all our meals and they didn't even make my husbands meal.

I love this restaurant! The 5$ porky burrito is super tasty and super filling, awesome portions. It's a great inexpensive and convenient on the go solution! I also love the Oregon burrito! The flavor is really savory, and the potatoes manage to stay crunchy inside. I highly recommend this location! 🔥

First off super hard to hear or understand the person working the register not because of accent. He mumbled couldn't hear a word he said. Made it super awkward. The chips and salsa were mediocre...almost burnt chips and hard to eat. The salsa tasted like canned tomatoes with the fresh ingredients added however there was barely any onions or tomatoes and ones that were In there weren't cut proportionately. They didn't state the tacos were street tacos...which had nothing but cabbage and cilantro on them no sauce...nothing so they were suuuuper dry. The only good thing was decent prices. Other than that super disappointed and completely unsatisfied. Didn't even eat more than 3 bites.

Been there twice in two days. Freaking amazing food. Chorizo, steak and chicken are the best in town. I haven't tried the tamales yet

Went to Lunch here today with a Girlfriend - First visit for both of us. We were so excited about how great our meals were plus chatting and catching up on life that I totally forgot to let the Chef know how good our experience was ! Wow ! Love the spices, flavors were blended so nicely and food was hot off the Grill. I had the Fiesta Bowl with Tofu and my Friend had the IChimmy platter also got (2) Tamales to go. We both will be going back to dine with our Families! Excellent food that has the True Mexican Flavor.

It’s one of the better Mexican restaurants in Lane county. The spices were pretty mediocre, and they used cloves in their rice ?? Odd, not necessarily distasteful but definitely a surprise after the second or third bite. Tamales, burritos, and taco portions are HUGE, so count on leftovers or order accordingly. 🤔 they have new prices that are different then the currently posted menu items also. Over all, will probably eat here again in the near future.

Came here twice, first time got the enchiladas mole poblanos and second time got the green enchiladas. Both times were excellent and for the price, amount of food and the taste I'm glad I tried it. Only thing I wasnt crazy about was the beans but otherwise definitely recommend it and if work ever brings me back I'd gladly come back here again

I am housebound due to the virus but ordering from Mami's is so easy online and the food always arrives early. Thank you for making this process effortless. The food is always great.

The food was pretty delicious actually. And the tamales are the size of a burrito! Seasoned really well! I'm always sceptical about drive through service but this place changed my mind.

New to Eugene, so we have only been there once. The shrimp burrito was good, but a little bland for my taste. Will come back and try other items. They have fallen off of our radar since we discovered El Super Burrito & Rivas Tacos off of Willamette in Eugene. Service was great. Friendly employee and order was accurate. Will be back soon.

For the last 3 years, we have been searching for a great burrito. This was it!!! The shrimp fajita burrito was phenomenal!

Wow! So glad I found this place. The fact that you can drive up and get authentic Mexican food is just awesome!!! I typically get a shrimp taco but this morning I had the huevos rancheros for 7.50$! It was great! Prices are good, people are friendly and the design of the building is inviting.

Never disappointed with Mami's! Excellent flavor and service! The Mami's burrito is mine and my boyfriend's favorite and we just tried a tamale for the first time. It was Amazing! I didn't think I liked tamales until having one from Mami's. Also super affordable! Wish I could give 10 stars!

For sure the best Tamales I’ve ever had! They don’t skimp on the food! They have great everything from the bean and cheese burritos to tortas!

The burrito was great. Big, filling, their hot sauce was Hot sauce hot but had good flavor to.

This is one of my favorite spots in Eugene. Get the fajita burrito, it's crazy good and the portion size is enough for 2 satisfying meals! Their red sauce/salsa is also crazy good. Smoky and spicy. Highly recommend getting the larger $5 side of that sauce and putting it on eeeeverything.

They advertise the best tamales in town and that is just false advertising or Trump administration press release at best. Cheddar cheese? Hell, you can buy asadero, ranchero, Oaxaca, cotija, manchego, etc. locally and they use cheddar. Authenticity mega fail! They are good but definitely not the best. It's just another TexMex but not authentic Mexican restaurant. For those who think TexMex is good Mexican food it is good but even for such fare we have better options in Eugene.

Tamales 👍 and street tacos. Those are my favorites from Mami's. I've never had anything that I didn't like. Nice staff. Homemade salsas. And a pleasant atmosphere.One Tamale is enough to satisfy most appetites. Delicious and filling. The Nachos Libre is also very good😋

Tamale Plate, two pork tamales, Spanish rice and refried beans. Then because she asked "anything else?". I thought, why not, added a carnitas taco. The tamales are possibly rhe laegest I have ever seen. Shredded pork filling was very good, mesa had absorbed roo much pork fat, was a little greasy and had lost that mesa flavor a tamale lover loves. Not bad , jist not as good as the cibe this place gives. Rhe bibe is authentic and the taco was spot on. Great pork, perfect steamed torts. Cilantro and white onion. Cabbage was unnecessary, but hey, gotta get a veggie in somewhere. Good experience, almost 5 stars.

Love their Tamales, they are HUGE! Lived in San Diego and had no idea better tamales would be in Eugene! Absolutely worth every cent.

By far the best place in Eugene for super yummy and authentic mexican food. Everything we had was delicious and the prices are more than fare. The burritos and tamales are HUGE! Even my son couldn't finish his meal. We, of course, took our leftovers home and enjoyed it for lunch the next day! Can't wait ti return

This place is a must try in eugene, thier tamales are amazing! Loaded with meat and flavor and the perfect amount of masa , the staff is friendly ,the place is clean and the prices are great as well ,i currently live in tucson arizona and with the vast amount of mexican restaurants and eateries ,it is hard to find a better tamale, i would definitely recommend

I went there to eat being told they were the best food around only to find that I can't get a taco with a crispy corn shell. I'm totally just not understanding that but I walked out the door without trying it and won't be back.

Friendly service, truly homemade quality and substantial serving sizes!!Tamales are great--the pork ones even have flavoring in the masa! Delicious.Don't forget to ask for their salsas. Like everything else, they are homemade!! Some heat, lots of flavor=addictive.
